Trinidad on the Northern California Coast

After a few hot days in Redding, California we drove to the coast to cool off. Here is the beach at Trinidad, Calif.

Hiking to the top of the headlands we discovered this cross. The original wood cross was erected by the early explorers in 1775. This cross was erected in 1913.
